Max was a gorgeous staffordshire bull terrier!! We got him from a lady that had earlier got him from
a dogs home, he was 4 at the time!! He immediately fit into our lives!! He was an amazing dog and he
was so clever, he understood everything that was said, he was there with us through good times and
bad and was a part of our family!! Max was taken ill in December 2004 and when the vets had
investigated it turned out that Max had a massive tumour on his heart and also his heart had swollen
up 3 times its normal size! This devastated us as you can imagine, we just knew that our time was
nearly up with him! We made Max or Maxie boy as we used to call him, as comfortable as possible but
it got a bit too much, he was so tired and would be falling over all the time because his weight was
too much for him, we could tell that he couldnt go on any longer! So the painful decision was made
to put him out of his misery! So on 9th February 2005 myself and husband took him to be put to
sleep, we stayed with him right to the very end, this was such a sad time but we knew he was finally
at rest!! He was cremated at the pet crematorium, Rossendale where we visit very often!! We miss him
and love him so much and there isnt a day goes by where we dont talk or think about him!! xxxx RIP

A Rainy Day
Things are not as bad
As they now may seem to be

I wish with all my heart I could see you once more,
I would use that moment and time to tell you how
Much love my heart holds for you and I shall never

Life each and every day with out you keeps going on
Even if some days I do not wish it I know I am being

I try to remember all the loving and happy times we
